These are the presentations received by the Joint Technical Forum at Allied Mills in Manchest on Thursday 6 April 2017. 

The British Sandwich Association has negotiated a landmark change in the interpretation of legislation which now means retailers of packaged sandwiches and similar products can give them to charities at the end of their shelf-life, provided that it is safe to do so.

The British Sandwich and Food to Go Association has produced Assured Advice on Food and Charity Guidelines.

The British Sandwich and Food to Go Association has produced Assured Advice guidelines on Fire Safety.

The June meeting of the Joint Technical Forum was hosted by our friends SamBrowne Foods at their headquarters in Driffield, Yorkshire. 

The sandwich market has expanded and consumers are trading up - two very positive aspects of the UK sandwich market.

The April meeting of the Joint Technical Forum was hosted by our friends Planglow in the wonderful science attraction @Britsol.

The latest technical forum, hosted by Bradshaw, was a culmination of a lot of work that the Forum has seen and contributed to over the past few months.
